These are planned features, in no particular order. Please let us know which one would you like to be implemented first, or which feature is missing on this list.
  • Rackspace Cloud Files support.
  • Google Storage support.
  • Any folder (local/network) support.
  • Email notification (e.g. when a new version is available)
  • Custom companion file manager module to manage just the DNNGlobalStorage data sources (optimized for large files uploads). The idea is configure for each provider which DNN roles have access to each one of them.

  • Provide the option to generate customized (for a given domain name) Amazon S3 URLs. done!
  • Windows Azure support. done!
  • Custom folder root as a starting point for the items that could be handled from DotNetNuke, instead of being the data source's root (a.k.a, Container, Bucket, etc.), root. done!
